I have only been working with this company for 6 months, but I can honestly say there is no better customer service orientated network solutions company out there. I found myself (as any IT manager can understand) in a situation where the business needed something yesterday. I made 1 call to 1wire and Julie and Adam not only had a solution but pulled out the stops and resolved my dilemma overnight. Then to top it off they did it again 3 weeks later!!

We selected 1Wire to handle our expanding business and they have been awesome to work with. Our company operates nationwide, with a large service center in Atlanta and smaller offices throughout the USA. 1Wire was able to set up our office (which has since expanded twice) and connect all of our remote employees with a VoIP phone system.

Without question working with 1Wire was a 5 star experience. I was formerly with Century Link where I had signed up for their “virtual receptionist.” After many calls to Century Link and many hours on hold they were still unable to assist me insetting up this service that I had been paying for for 4 months. I learned of VOIP and specifically of the local Utah company 1Wire. I called and immediately got Adam Sessions on the phone. I explained my needs and he assured me that that was something that his company could provide. We met in person the next day and set up an appointment for installation the following week. I had some technical questions after installation and called customer support. They answered the phone after hours and knew who I was. They talked me through a solution and within minutes the problem was resolved. My virtual receptionist with 1Wire has worked seamlessly. I can, without any hesitation, wholeheartedly recommend 1Wire.
